Inside the Kowloon Walled City
Before it was demolished in 1992, the Kowloon Walled City was thought to be the most densely populated place on Earth. Canadian photographer Greg Girard in collaboration with Ian Lamboth, spent years photographing the place before it was torn down. The photos are amazing.

wow, what a picture!!
Yes, this place was fascinating, way stranger than fiction. Thanks for the link to the pictures.
You should also check out the videos about it on YouTube. There’s a German documentary (with English subtitles) about it from 1989:

I was there 1977. Quite interesting. And the live food.
Visited Kowloon in the videogame Shenmue II. That was heavily populated but I bet nothing like the real thing was.
Watto,
The Walled City is no longer there, but we can be grateful this photographer preserved the images. Thanks for the comment.

I have never knew about this. I think we are to much into our surroundings with no time or care to think about what is happening outside in the real world. Thanks for sharing.
